The game will not open
Close MapSnap completely, restart your device and try again. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, MapSnap build reference and a screenshot if possible.
How do I reset a game?
Open the settings for the activity you are playing and choose Reset. Resetting restarts that activity only; it does not remove the app from the device.
How do I restore MapSnap World?
Open the parent-only MapSnap World area and choose Restore purchase. Apple will restore an eligible purchase made with the same Apple Account.
How do I use an individual access code?
Open the parent-only MapSnap World area and choose Use individual access code. Enter the one-use code in Apple’s redemption sheet. MapSnap World activates after Apple confirms the redemption.
Does MapSnap need an internet connection?
Gameplay works offline. An internet connection is needed only when Apple processes or restores a MapSnap World purchase or access-code redemption.
How does MapSnap handle privacy?
MapSnap has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking. Read the full privacy policy for details.
